- Supporting existing staff with their training and development needs.
- Recruiting new staff to apprenticeships on training contracts and supporting their training and development needs. Apprentices recruited in this way should normally expect to be offered a permanent position at the end of their training contract subject to the satisfactory completion of all aspects of the apprenticeship.
